Terms

The simple version of how classes at CleereLearn work.

Who we are

CleereLearn Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15273715. Registered office: Flat 22 Falcon House, Gurnell Grove, London W13 0AE.

Your free class

Your child's first class is free, with no commitment and no card needed.

Plans and payment

• Maths Plan: £150 per 4 weeks.
• Science Plan: £150 per 4 weeks.
• Sibling Plan: £250 per 4 weeks.

Plans are paid in advance and roll on every four weeks until you cancel. If you've agreed a payment up front with us, that covers the period we agreed.

Cancelling

Every plan rolls every four weeks. Cancel any time with 7 days' notice. Payments already made for the current four weeks aren't refunded.

If you sign up online, you also have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of signing up. If classes have already started in that time, we'll refund what you've paid minus the classes your child has attended.

Missed classes

Missed a class? We'll move your child into another class that week where we can. We don't refund missed classes.

Changes

We'll give you at least four weeks' notice of any price change. Occasionally we may need to move a class to a different time or room; we'll always tell you first.
