This page explains, in plain English, what we do with the details you give us. If anything is unclear, just ask us.

Who we are

What we collect when you get in touch

• Your name and mobile number, from your WhatsApp message.
• What you tell us about your child, such as their year group, subject and which days suit you.

Why we use it

Only to arrange your free class, to message you about it, and, if your child joins, to run their classes with you. We never sell your details or pass them on for marketing.

Who handles it for us

Your details go to Callum and Sabine. To do that, we use a few trusted services:

• WhatsApp (Meta), to message you.
• Notion, where we keep our list of enquiries.
• The company that hosts this website.
• AI tools that help us with admin, such as keeping our enquiry list organised. We share as little as possible with them and never your child's name.

How long we keep it

If your child doesn't join, we delete your details after 12 months. If they do join, we keep what we need while they learn with us.

Cookies and the map

This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on the home page comes from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the details we hold, to correct them, or to delete them. Just email info@cleerelearn.com or message us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
