Do you offer refunds if we miss a class?
No — we don't offer refunds for missed sessions. Each lesson is planned around the students who are attending that week, including personalised content based on ability levels and individual needs. Your child’s space is also held in the class whether they attend or not. With the flexible plan, you can attend either class in the week.
Can I switch to a different plan later (e.g. Flexi or Full Year)?
We ask families to be consistent with their plan to keep things fair for everyone. If your situation changes, just get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Is there a registration or sign-up fee?
No — we keep things simple. There’s no extra fee to get started.
How do I cancel the Monthly Plan?
Just give us 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. You can cancel by sending us a message or email — no awkward conversations or long contracts.
How big are the class sizes?
Currently fewer than 10 students per group, with two tutors in each class for extra support. If demand grows, we’ll add more tutors to keep quality high.
Can we skip a week and use two sessions the next week on the Flexi Plan?
No — the Flexi Plan gives you the freedom to choose which of the available weekly sessions (e.g. Monday or Thursday) your child attends, but it still includes one lesson per week.
Unused sessions don’t roll over to future weeks or stack up — the flexibility is about choosing which day works best each week, not doubling up.
