Where do classes take place?

Do you offer refunds if we miss a class?
We understand that sometimes things come up, so if you can't make your weekly class, we will try and help you reschedule for another class during that week. However, we unfortunately can't offer refunds for occasional missed lessons or roll over classes into other weeks. Our classes are prepared in advance and follow a system. But we will always try to find you a session to join if you can't make your regular slot!
Is there a registration or sign-up fee?
There’s no extra fee to get started.
How do I cancel the Monthly Plan?
Just give us 7 days’ notice before your next billing cycle. You can cancel by sending us a message or email — no awkward conversations or long contracts.
How big are the class sizes?
Currently fewer than 10 students per group, with two tutors in each class for extra support. If demand grows, we’ll add more tutors to keep quality high.
